Ein Transcript entsteht automatisch, sobald ein Ticket mit „🔒 Ticket schließen“ geschlossen und die Rückfrage bestätigt wird. Wer ein Ticket schließen darf, löst damit also auch das Transcript aus – unabhängig vom Haken „Transkripte erstellen“.

Zusätzlich kann dein Team mit /ticket transcript einen Zwischenstand speichern, während das Ticket offen bleibt. Dafür braucht es eine Rolle mit „Transkripte erstellen“ – siehe Rollen & Rechte.

Kein Transcript entsteht, wenn …

• jemand den Ticket-Kanal von Hand löscht,
• jemand das Ticket mit /ticket delete löscht,
• der Schließen-Button abgeschaltet ist (Schritt 4 im Editor) – dann gibt es Transcripts nur noch per /ticket transcript.

Kann der Bot das Transcript beim Schließen nicht erstellen, löscht er den Kanal nicht: Das Ticket bleibt offen, und du kannst es noch einmal versuchen. Mehr unter Ein Ticket schließen.

A transcript is created automatically as soon as a ticket is closed with “🔒 Close Ticket” and the confirmation is accepted. So whoever may close a ticket also triggers its transcript – regardless of the “Create Transcripts” tick.

In addition, your team can save an interim transcript with /ticket transcript while the ticket stays open. This needs a role with “Create Transcripts” – see Roles & permissions.

No transcript is created if …

• someone deletes the ticket channel by hand,
• someone deletes the ticket with /ticket delete,
• the close button is switched off (step 4 in the editor) – then transcripts are only possible with /ticket transcript.

If the bot cannot create the transcript when a ticket is closed, it does not delete the channel: the ticket stays open and you can try again. More under Closing a ticket.

Was jede Karte zeigt

• Ticket #0128 und den Namen des Ticket-Kanals.
• Erstellt von – der Ersteller. Claimed by – wer das Ticket übernommen hat, sonst „—“.
• Nachrichten – alle Nachrichten im Kanal, auch die des Bots.
• Erstellt am und Geschlossen am – in der Zeitzone deines Browsers.
• „· Zwischenstand“ hinter dem Kanalnamen: Das Transcript wurde mit /ticket transcript gespeichert, der Kanal blieb offen. Statt „Geschlossen am“ steht dann „Gespeichert am (Kanal blieb offen)“.

Suchen, sortieren, öffnen

• Suche: nach dem Namen des Erstellers oder des Kanals. Die Liste filtert beim Tippen. Nachrichtentext, Ticketnummer und Claimer sind nicht durchsuchbar.
• Sortieren: Neueste zuerst (Standard), Älteste zuerst, Meiste Nachrichten, Wenigste Nachrichten.
• „View“ öffnet das Transcript in einem neuen Tab.

You find transcripts per panel: dashboard → “Ticket System” → “Transcripts” on the panel's card. The transcripts page is currently only available in German.

What each card shows

• Ticket #0128 and the name of the ticket channel.
• Erstellt von (created by) – the creator. Claimed by – who claimed the ticket, otherwise “—”.
• Nachrichten (messages) – all messages in the channel, including the bot's.
• Erstellt am (created) and Geschlossen am (closed) – in your browser's time zone.
• “· Zwischenstand” (interim state) after the channel name: the transcript was saved with /ticket transcript and the channel stayed open. Instead of “Geschlossen am” the card then shows “Gespeichert am (Kanal blieb offen)” (saved on, channel stayed open).

Search, sort, open

• Search: by the creator's name or the channel name. The list filters as you type. Message text, ticket number and claimer are not searchable.
• Sort: newest first (default), oldest first, most messages, fewest messages.
• “View” opens the transcript in a new tab.

Ein Transcript ist eine Kopie des ganzen Ticket-Kanals als Webseite im Discord-Stil: oben Server, Kanal und Kanalthema, darunter alle Nachrichten mit Profilbild, Name, Rollenfarbe und Uhrzeit.

• Enthalten: alle Nachrichten – auch Willkommensnachricht, Formular-Antworten, Claim- und Schließ-Hinweis –, Embeds, Antworten auf Nachrichten, Reaktionen und Erwähnungen.
• Bilder werden im Transcript mitgespeichert und bleiben sichtbar.
• Andere Dateien wie Videos, Audio oder Dokumente sind nur verlinkt. Da der Kanal gelöscht ist, funktionieren diese Links nach einiger Zeit nicht mehr.
• Buttons werden angezeigt, haben aber keine Funktion.
• Willkommensnachrichten vom Typ „Komponenten“ erscheinen als Text, Buttons und Bild-Links.
• Nicht enthalten: Nachrichten, die nur eine Person sehen konnte (etwa die Bestätigungen des Bots), und bereits gelöschte Nachrichten.
• Fußzeile: in der Sprache deines Servers, mit Datum und Uhrzeit der Erstellung in UTC – etwa „Transcript erstellt von THE GRID Bot • 2026-09-28 10:15 UTC“.
• Die Anzeige braucht eine Internetverbindung.

A transcript is a copy of the whole ticket channel as a web page in Discord style: server, channel and channel topic at the top, below that every message with avatar, name, role colour and time.

• Included: every message – including the welcome message, form answers, claim and close notices –, embeds, replies, reactions and mentions.
• Images are stored inside the transcript and stay visible.
• Other files such as videos, audio or documents are only linked. Since the channel is deleted, these links stop working after a while.
• Buttons are shown but do nothing.
• Welcome messages of the “Components” type appear as text, buttons and image links.
• Not included: messages only one person could see (such as the bot's confirmations) and messages deleted before closing.
• Footer: in your server's language, with the date and time of creation in UTC – for example “Transcript created by THE GRID Bot • 2026-09-28 10:15 UTC”.
• Viewing needs an internet connection.

• Nur der Server-Besitzer und Mitglieder mit der Discord-Berechtigung „Administrator“ – über das Dashboard.
• Support-Rollen und Ticket-Ersteller haben keinen Zugriff. Der Bot verschickt Transcripts weder per Direktnachricht noch in den Log-Kanal; dort steht nur der Dateiname.
• Soll ein Mitglied sein Transcript bekommen, kann ein Admin es öffnen und die Seite speichern (siehe unten).

• Only the server owner and members with the Discord permission “Administrator” – through the dashboard.
• Support roles and ticket creators have no access. The bot sends transcripts neither by direct message nor to the log channel; the log only shows the file name.
• If a member should get their transcript, an admin can open it and save the page (see below).

• Wie lange: Transcripts bleiben erhalten, solange der Bot auf deinem Server ist. Eine automatische Löschung oder ein Tarif-Limit gibt es derzeit nicht.
• Herunterladen: Einen eigenen Download-Knopf gibt es nicht. Öffne das Transcript und speichere die Seite im Browser („Seite speichern unter“, Strg + S). Auch die gespeicherte Datei braucht zum Anzeigen eine Internetverbindung.
• Löschen: Einzelne Transcripts lassen sich im Dashboard nicht löschen.
• Gelöschtes Panel: Die Transcripts bleiben gespeichert, sind aber im Dashboard nicht mehr erreichbar. Sichere wichtige Transcripts, bevor du ein Panel löschst.
• Bot vom Server entfernt: Der Server-Besitzer bekommt eine Direktnachricht. Nach 14 Tagen werden alle Daten des Servers gelöscht, auch die Transcripts; Erinnerungen kommen nach 6 und nach 13 Tagen. Lädst du den Bot in dieser Zeit wieder ein, entfällt die Löschung. Über den Knopf „🗑️ Alle Daten sofort löschen“ in der Direktnachricht geht es auch sofort.

• How long: transcripts are kept as long as the bot is on your server. There is currently no automatic deletion and no plan limit.
• Downloading: there is no download button. Open the transcript and save the page in your browser (“Save page as”, Ctrl + S). The saved file also needs an internet connection to display.
• Deleting: individual transcripts cannot be deleted in the dashboard.
• Deleted panel: its transcripts stay stored but can no longer be reached in the dashboard. Save important transcripts before you delete a panel.
• Bot removed from the server: the server owner gets a direct message. After 14 days all of the server's data is deleted, including the transcripts; reminders come after 6 and after 13 days. If you invite the bot again within that time, the deletion is cancelled. The “🗑️ Delete all data now” button in the direct message deletes everything immediately.
